Acceptance

By accessing or using Reply Pocket, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Reply Pocket lets you store, organize and reuse reply snippets and templates with variables. You can optionally connect compatible MCP clients.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google or through a magic link sent to your email. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for protecting access to your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Reply Pocket for illegal activities;
• do not violate third-party rights or privacy;
• do not abuse or interfere with the service;
• do not try to access other people's accounts or data.

Reply Pocket is designed to store reusable templates, not as a repository for customer histories, credentials or sensitive personal data about third parties.

Your content

You own your snippets and other content you store. You grant Reply Pocket only the rights needed to store and serve that content, including to MCP clients you authorize.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to store the content you add to Reply Pocket.

Availability and warranty

The free service is provided without a service-level agreement. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply Pocket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. Deletion is irreversible. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to address abuse or protect the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and change the date above. If a change materially affects your rights or your use of the service, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email when appropriate.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this does not limit any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
